POSITION SUMMARY
The Silver Hill Funding is Account Executive (AE) helps drive a consistent flow of quality commercial real estate loan origination production. This AE is responsible for achieving a management directed production goal on a monthly basis. Goals are based on tenure and adhere to a timeline of production benchmarks. AE’s roles and responsibilities are key elements of Silver Hill Funding’s goal to support a higher-quality, more efficient wholesale commercial mortgage origination division
RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Executives support Silver Hill Funding’s Sales performance objectives by performing the following functions. Support the commercial loan origination production expectations by prospecting for broker relationships, managing a book of business, structuring loan transactions and follow up with brokers/borrowers for required loan documentation. Receive, Package and analyze loan requests for all needed documentation Submit loan request files for LOIs and Receive signed up LOIs Manage Outstanding LOIs for the team according to Sales Director’s guidance. Follow up with mortgage brokers and bankers on the guidance of the Sales Director

EXPERIENCE
: College degree or 4 years equivalent work experience in sales, mortgage banking and/or real estate is preferred Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registration
A.F.E/NMLS
