This position will work onsite from Miami.

Position Summary:

This important, strategic role is for motivated professionals interested in contributing to the implementation of impactful public relations programs that are designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for the world’s largest cruise line. Royal Caribbean Internationals Account Executive of Brand PR Content and Written Communications should be a dedicated communications and public relations professional skilled in editorial and public relations writing, capable of assisting in projects, project teams and the creation of high-caliber content. The team member may focus on several professional areas and activity, including written communications, brand communications, public relations, speechwriting, storytelling, content creation, agency relations and event support and staffing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conceptualizes, plans, writes and proofs engaging Trade and Field Sales communications campaigns in the voice of Celebrity Sales. This will include print and digital messaging in multi-media, video, print and digital collateral channels
Communicates other related informative and promotional materials in appropriate brand voice for internal and external communications and media.
Calendars and manages the timely release of communications
Develops documents including white papers, briefs and presentations
Performs analysis to better inform current decisions that will have a long-range impact on the Celebrity Brand.
Partners with Sales Communication design, video and media creatives on a daily basis to ensure design and copy complement communication strategy
Collaborates with Legal to ensure all communications consider laws governing copy such as registered and trademarked symbols, country of origin, offer communication, etc.
Partners with external agencies when appropriate to drive asset development and final acceptance. Provides direction and support to other communication teams (Marketing, Sales, Call Centers, Operations, etc.). Performs audits and updates of content to align with brand consistency, where applicable Performs other duties as required. Works alongside other departments in the organization to ensure key differentiators offer guests a true value proposition

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum of BA in Communications, Marketing or related field or directly related, equivalent experience
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Communications, Marketing, eCommerce or related field
Luxury/premium brand experience is highly preferred
Excellent project coordination and content planning skill
Excellent technical proficiency in modern communications and publication platforms such as AEM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest
Meticulous attention to detail; clear and concise communicator, committed to producing quality product; deadline conscious
Creative skill and familiarity with digital, print and virtual media production
Software experience in Mac and Windows applications including the Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, PowerPoint
