Position Overview:
As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients looking to learn more about gold and silver investing. Your primary role is to qualify inbound and outbound leads, identify their investment potential, uncover their core concerns, and transfer them to our Senior Account Executives. This is an entry-level sales position with fast-track potential to a senior sales role for top performers. ⸻
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads.
- Establish rapport quickly and gather key qualification info:
- Investment amount available
- Type of retirement account (IRA, 401k, etc.)
- Current age and employment status
- Main concerns around the economy, inflation, or retirement
- Educate prospects briefly on the benefits of gold and silver as a safe haven asset.
- Transfer qualified leads to Senior Account Executives using proper TO (turnover) etiquette.
- Update CRM (HubSpot) with accurate notes and lead status.
- Hit daily activity goals and weekly qualified transfer quotas.
