Recourse Communications is partnering with a leading equipment provider to find a Customer Account Manager who knows how to close deals, build long-term customer loyalty, and bring their book of business with them. What You’ll Do:
Call on construction companies to grow and manage your territory. Meet and exceed monthly sales and rental goals using proven processes and CRM tools. Deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact through follow-up. Manage quotes, paperwork, and account activity with accuracy and speed. Build long-term relationships that turn first-time buyers into repeat customers. Work cross-functionally to ensure a smooth and professional customer journey.
Stay active in the industry:
attend trade shows, stay informed, and keep learning.
What You’ll Need:
2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in construction equipment. High school diploma or GED. A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. An outgoing, relationship-driven personality with a hunger to succeed. Your own book of business—and the drive to grow it further. Knowledge of local construction companies and decision-makers is a big plus.
