Role:
Serve as liaison between client and creative team by identifying clients’ needs Manage accounts, develop strong relationships with brands, manage presentations and conduct meetings when necessary. Respond to all client inquiries on a day-to-day basis Lead, organize, activate and control day-to-day processes Lead project executions, processing job orders, working collaboratively with the design team or other AEs to meet Client deliverables Attend relevant internal and Client meetings and proactively contributes to conference reports by compiling notes indicating key points and clear next steps including stakeholders Possess/portray a strong positive, professional attitude at all times and work effectively in a team environment. Proof all Client facing documents published by Graphic designers Job Requirements / Skills Broad knowledge and experience in Office, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Some knowledge and experience in graphic design jargons. Understanding of the Client’s industry and business. Ability to build relationships and gain trust A strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high quality Above average skills in proactive accountable, result oriented Ability to multitask, organized, analytical reasoning of design and research Ability to work under pressure Ability to develop and maintain external and internal business relations, all levels seniority communications skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Years of experience: 2-3+ years’ experience as an Account Executive or related role in an advertising or marketing agency Fluent in: Spanish & English (speaking & writing).
