Miami, FL 33175 Overview BTC IS seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both B2B and retail sales, with experience in technical sales and account management. You will leverage tools such as Salesforce to manage customer relationships and optimize sales processes. Responsibilities Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer accounts, and analyzing performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective account management. Oversee direct sales efforts, including inside sales initiatives to maximize revenue potential. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
