Responsibilities Include:
Lead Sourcing:
Identify and source potential clients within the dental industry who require permanent staffing solutions. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, job boards, social media and referrals.
Lead Conversion:
Convert inbound marketing leads and sourced prospects into closed contracts. Conduct thorough needs assessments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate terms to achieve successful closures.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and effectively manage leads through the sales process. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, prioritize tasks, and forecast revenue accurately. Collaboration with
Recruiting Department:
