In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing client accounts, driving business development, and promoting our technology solutions to meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in technical sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients. experience in print media preferable, magazine or newspapers Responsibilities Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Develop new business by engaging in warm calling and networking to establish relationships with potential clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, ensuring that our offerings align with market demands. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for both parties. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements Proven experience in account management or business development within the technology sales sector. Strong understanding of technical sales processes and the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members toward achieving sales goals. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and sales pipelines.
