The platform is live and in use by active clients—we’re now ready to scale and are seeking a sharp, motivated individual to lead the charge. About the Role We’re hiring a Business Development & Sales Executive to drive our client acquisition strategy. You’ll be responsible for identifying new leads, building relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and helping shape the long-term growth strategy of Easy3PL. Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential clients (3PLs, fulfillment centers, logistics providers) Develop and execute a local and national business development strategy Conduct product demos and guide prospects through the sales funnel Build a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.) Provide feedback to leadership and product teams based on market needs Represent Easy3PL at local events, trade shows, and client meetings (as needed) Requirements sales or business development (logistics/3PL preferred) Knowledge of WMS and OMS software and 3PL operations Self-starter with the ability to work independently Must be located in South Florida – hybrid/occasional in-person meetings required Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus) Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce Compensation Commission-based or Base + Commission Bonus opportunities Potential for equity or leadership growth based on performance Why Easy3PL?
