Your Role:

Drive Strategic Growth As a Home Health Care Account Executive , you’ll be the trusted connection between our clinical teams and the wider healthcare community. Strategic Outreach Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities Educate referral sources on our services and patient outcomes Be a reliable, professional representative of our agency in the field Market Intelligence Identify growth opportunities through market research and territory analysis Develop and execute strategic sales plans with measurable goals Track performance metrics to drive referral growth Business Development Leverage your current network to generate referrals Expand market presence and brand awareness Collaborate with internal clinical and administrative teams to ensure patient success What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or nursing Proven ability to engage with healthcare professionals and secure referrals A book of business is highly preferred Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Why Join Accomplished Home Care?
