Job Title:

Account Executive – Property Management Sales The Account Executive is focused on growing property management, facilities management, and property accounting services. This role requires sales, client relationship management, and property management operations experience, with the goal of growing the company’s portfolio of clients. New client acquisition will be central to the day-to-day responsibilities as well as growing existing client relationships by offering additional products and services. The Account Executive identifies business opportunities, supports client onboarding, and contributes to property performance and reporting. Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Development Prospect new business opportunities via calls, emails, networking, and CRM campaigns. Build relationships with property owners, brokers, and agents. Qualify leads and conduct consultations, property tours, and service presentations. Track and manage leads in CRM; attend industry and client meetings. Collaborate on proposals, pricing, onboarding, and marketing outreach. Marketing & Outreach Support campaigns including email, social media, and referral programs. Help develop service presentations and tailored pitch materials. Monitor market activity and assist with strategy refinement. Financial & Operational Support Assist in reviewing rent rolls, budgets, and financial reports. Prepare client-facing summaries and variance notes. Gain experience in interpreting financial data and CAM reconciliations. Support budgeting and proposal development. Team Collaboration Work closely with Account Manager, Brokers, and Operations teams. Participate in internal meetings and keep CRM and shared systems updated. Qualifications 2-4 years in commercial real estate, property management, or sales Community Assoc. Mgt. License a plus Florida Real Estate License preferred but not required Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM platforms (Yardi a plus) Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Financial literacy and interest Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or related field—or equivalent experience. Compensation Base plus incentive; commensurate with experience Work Environment Office-based with regular site visits. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
