As we continue our strategic growth and expansion into new markets across the United States, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to support our clients in Orlando, Florida . This role is suited for a business development professional with a proven track record of success in B2B outside sales . The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three (3) years of experience , demonstrating the ability to proactively prospect for new business while also managing and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and territory development Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives Manage a defined territory, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas Present and position Novatech’s suite of business technology solutions in a consultative, value-driven manner Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using Salesforce Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction Represent Novatech at networking events, client meetings, and in the local business community

Qualifications:

Minimum of three (3) years of successful B2B outside sales experience is required Demonstrated ability to generate new business through self-sourced efforts and cold outreach Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
