- Remote Crown Information Management has been a trusted partner to organizations across Florida since 2003. We offer a wide variety of Information Management Services that include but are not limited to paper shredding, hard drive destruction, and records management.
- Candidate must reside in the Orlando or N. Lake County, FL area.
- Job Duties Generate sales through both self-generated leads and leads provided by the office.
Office leads are sourced from call-ins, Shred Nations, and previous account executive customer lists. Identify prospecting opportunities in assigned territories. Contact customers to assess their service needs. Follow up with clients after service completion to ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, reach out to clients for future service opportunities. Compose and finalize contracts and proposals as required for each service sold. Negotiate pricing, service dates, and volume. Submit setups to Customer Service. Meet with clients in person to identify and verify their shredding needs, ensuring that accurate proposals can be provided. Submit receipts to accounting for expenses incurred. Submit monthly commission sheet to Owner/President. Enter actual/final dollar amount for each purge based on revenue report. Attend networking events such as Business After Hours, Luncheons, or ribbon cutting. Attend quarterly sales meetings and one on one meetings with VP of Sales. Summary As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales and fostering strong client relationships. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, your role focuses on leveraging your exceptional communication and collaboration skills to enhance customer service and achieve business development goals.
