Full Job Description Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and personable Account Executive to join our Medicare supplement agency. In this role, your primary focus will be supporting and retaining existing Medicare clients by ensuring they remain satisfied, informed, and covered. This is not a sales role, you will not be cold calling anybody. Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to current Medicare clients via phone and email to ensure ongoing satisfaction Educate clients on their plan options during renewal periods and help them stay covered Resolve policy or billing issues in coordination with carriers Track and document client interactions in CRM and internal spreadsheets Follow up on non-renewals or lapsing policies to retain business Serve as a friendly, go-to contact for client questions throughout the year

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills—phone confidence is a must Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through Basic computer skills required; CRM or insurance experience is a plus Prior Medicare or insurance industry experience preferred but not required Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment No insurance license needed—we provide training
