This role involves actively prospecting, engaging, and converting potential clients by offering them personalized insurance solutions with our private health insurance products. Agents will be supplied with free and unlimited leads. These are real-time leads from people actively requesting health insurance quotes online. There is no cold-calling or face-to-face tasks involved. Please note that an existing insurance license is NOT required in order to apply and interview for this position. All prospective recruits welcome. The ideal candidate is motivated, coachable, goal-oriented, and driven. This sales position is not for everyone; however, if you’re looking for financial freedom and professional growth, this is the opportunity for a life-long career. Experience in sales is highly preferred, but not necessary. Top insurance agents in the country have been born within our office and with no prior sales or insurance experience under their belts. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to real-time leads (no cold-calling) Inform prospective clients of health insurance options in their state Advise prospective clients on which insurance policies would best suit their needs Facilitate the application process between the applicant and the insurance company Provide speedy customer service to those applicants approved for a policy and now your client Stay up-to-date with insurance market trends, products, and regulations Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Come to work each day with a positive attitude and coachable mindset Abide by HIPAA regulations when reviewing protected health information with prospective clients Requirements Reliable laptop Above-average communication and interpersonal skills required to succeed in sales Reliable transportation to and from the office (no remote work) Open to working some weekends No criminal convictions or felonies
