A role you will love As an Account Executive with our Compliance Sales Team, you will have the opportunity to manage a territory and win new clients. As part of our sales team, you will also have the opportunity control your own earnings. The Account Executive role is primarily focused on selling our Registered Agent and Global Compliance services to companies with less than $200M in annual revenues. These are typically growing companies that are expanding into new markets and looking to Computershare to guide them through the process and help them stay compliant for years to come. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Create and maintain internal client records. Manage and resolve client issues. Provide client training and demos on entity management platform. Identify and close upsell opportunities. Handle prospect/new client inquiries Monitor internal records and workflow daily. Follow up and close quotes daily. Meet and exceed sales goals set by management. Other duties or tasks as assigned by management. What will we need from you This is a sales role and will require an individual who has experience working directly with clients in a B2B environment. The ideal Account Executive will bring a mentality of working with existing clients and delivering best in class service. You will need to spend most of your day on the telephone or web meetings speaking with existing clients. Other key skills required for this role: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) and or a combination of 1+ years of experience in a client driven business development environment Sales process experience with a proven record of selling software or services into small and mid-enterprise accounts. Solid understanding of the purpose of a Registered Agent and the need companies have for entity compliance (Preferred) Confidence in demonstrating premium solutions and presenting the fees associated. Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, encouraging the adoption and continuous improvement of practices.
