Private Duty Home Care Agency•W2 caregivers only Operating for 2 years, part of a national franchise Serving Palm Beach County with plans to expand into Broward Well-staffed team: 50+ HHAs and dedicated intake staff Strong digital marketing support and creative, growth-minded leadership Core values: compassion, dedication, integrity, honesty, and service The role: Build and expand the client base across Palm Beach County Drive revenue growth•target is $2.5M annually Identify and connect with key referral sources: Home Health, ALFs, GCMs, Elder Law Attorneys Represent the company professionally and drive brand awareness Weekly office visits (1x per week), otherwise field-based with autonomy Work closely with Monique (Director of Operations) and report weekly Required competencies: Experience in Private Duty or Home Care marketing A strong referral network or the ability to quickly build one Confidence handling private pay sales and navigating rejection Strong ethics, resilience, and a proven ability to self-motivate Someone ready to step into ownership of their territory and drive success
