Insurance Account Executive 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Safety Harbor, FL 34695 Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by helping them understand their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options. This role requires strong sales abilities, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively serve our clients. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable insurance products. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for sales growth. Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth experience for clients. Stay updated on industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure adherence in all client interactions. Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding their policies and benefits. Collaborate with team members on sales administration and benefits administration tasks. Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach. Experience Previous experience in insurance sales or related fields is preferred. Proven track record in retail sales or outside sales roles is advantageous. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and market conditions effectively.
