They’re now seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Account Executive to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact in a territory with strong potential, backed by an organization that treats every customer like a partner. What You’ll Do
Generate new business through a mix of self-sourced leads and office-provided prospects, including inbound inquiries and legacy client lists
Conduct outreach via phone and email to assess client needs and recommend tailored shredding or storage solutions
Meet with clients onsite to verify needs, present proposals, and negotiate pricing and service timelines
Prepare contracts, coordinate service schedules, and ensure accurate client data is logged in Salesforce
Partner with Customer Service to set up new accounts and ensure seamless service delivery
Follow up after service to ensure client satisfaction and secure future business
Represent the company at local networking events to build brand presence and uncover new opportunities
Submit monthly expense reports and commission sheets, and attend quarterly sales meetings and reviews with leadership
Participate in field ride-alongs with service technicians to identify additional sales opportunities within assigned territories
What You Bring
Sales experience with a proven ability to close and grow accounts
Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
Confidence in handling contracts, pricing, and customer negotiations
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
A willingness to be hands-on and proactive in your territory
