We’re a small but rapidly growing SaaS startup headquartered in Downtown Lakeland, helping commercial real estate professionals find more deals and close more business — faster and smarter. We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and incredibly hardworking Account Executive to join our growing team. This is an in-person role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants to contribute to something bigger than themselves, and is ready to level up. You’ll be running demos, closing deals, and directly impacting revenue. You’ll have a seat at the table, equity in the company, and real input into how we grow. What You’ll Be Doing:

Running discovery calls and demos with inbound and outbound leads Closing new accounts — you’ll own the full sales cycle Managing your pipeline in HubSpot and following up like a pro Collaborating with the team to refine our pitch and sales process Partnering with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff after the sale Staying close to the market and helping us learn what works — and what doesn’t

What We’re Looking For:

1-3+ years of experience in SaaS or tech sales (especially closing roles) Comfortable running Zoom demos, managing a pipeline, and following up relentlessly Excellent communicator — confident, clear, and human Competitive and goal-driven — you want to win, but you’re also a team player Adaptable and resourceful — you figure things out and take initiative Bonus if you have experience in the real estate space or SMB software sales

What You’ll Get:
