Marketing Rep Florida Wound and Healing Winter Haven, FL Marketing Posting SUMMARY:
Florida Wound & Healing is searching for an energetic and driven sales professional to join our team as a business development marketer. The position will be tasked with identifying and developing new business growth opportunities as well as maintaining existing relationships with current clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop sales plans, proposals and presentations in order to obtain new clients
- Meet with clients to determine needs and discuss/promote the capabilities of Florida Wound & Healing
- Track upcoming business opportunities
- Provide Director of Ops with updates and developments on current open account activities including any upcoming proposal and prospective new business projections
- Act as a liaison between clients and Florida Wound & Healing in order to resolve inquires
- Attend industry related meetings and events
- Conduct Market Assessments
- Develop strong relationships with medical community and other local healthcare offices
- Develop community plans to drive brand recognition for Florida Wound & Healing
- Travel is required
QUALIFICATION
- Marketing Degree is preferred
- Sales and Marketing experience in the healthcare industry
- Minimum of 2 yrs actual Sales/Marketing experience
- Ability to build lasting relationships within the medical community including other healthcare providers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home health companies, physicians and staff in order to facilitate referrals
- Knowledge of insurance, Medicare, and medical regulation preferred
- Proven track record in healthcare sales
- Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community
- Demonstrate good communication, negotiation and public relations skills
