Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wholesale Account Executive to join our team. This role involves managing a large, high-growth territory, building lasting relationships with broker partners, and driving loan production through tailored mortgage solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage brokers within your assigned territory. Act as a trusted advisor to broker partners, providing education on loan programs, underwriting requirements, and tools to grow their business. Promote competitive mortgage products and services to drive loan production and meet/exceed sales goals. Work closely with underwriting, processing, and management teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan execution. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to clients. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of mortgage loan programs and guidelines. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with mortgage CRM and LOS platforms is a plus. Current Book of Business Education & Experience Proven success in wholesale NonQM mortgage sales.
