We’re looking for a Territory Sales Consultant to lead our dealership acquisition efforts across Florida. What You’ll Do:

Strategically target, engage, and close new auto dealership partnerships across your assigned territory Build long-term, trust-based relationships with general managers, service directors, and fixed ops teams Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations with professionalism and authority Maintain a strong presence in the field — this is not a desk job Collaborate with our operations and ambassador teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support Actively manage your pipeline using CRM tools and performance metrics Represent the At Home Auto Glass brand with polish, confidence, and consistency

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of outside sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical, automotive, or other relationship-based industries Consultative, persuasive communicator who can build rapport with executives and service teams alike Clean, professional appearance and a commanding presence Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working autonomously in the field Social media savvy — understands how to elevate personal brand and visibility Willing to travel extensively across
