This position is responsible for curating and maintaining strong connections that can help grow our business to the next level. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in sales, enabling them to effectively negotiate and communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and team members. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives. Conduct product demos for new services or technologies to enhance patient care offerings. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to optimize resources. Ensure effective communication among team members to promote collaboration and efficiency. Skills Strong leadership abilities to guide a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
