In the position, you will… You will be responsible for sourcing admissions through direct community contact with healthcare providers and the general public by educating, informing, and marketing Hospice Atlanta program and services. In this role, you will develop ways to cultivate opportunities to build relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and colleagues to build a robust pipeline of referrals. In this role, you represent quality care, company-wide resources, and 75 years of service to the community. The ideal person for this position must possess effective persuasive communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This position seeks to understand the customers’ needs to provide customized solutions and earn referrals. You will work to expand your healthcare provider’s use of our services by supporting knowledge and awareness of our solutions. What you’ll be doing… Develop opportunities for new and enhanced referral relationships with assigned physician offices, senior living communities, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals. Establishing and maintaining personal relationships with key representatives of assigned referral sources, including physicians, directors of case management, social workers, discharge planning, wellness planners, senior administrative officials, and other healthcare sales representatives with reciprocal relations potential through speaking engagements, educational and knowledge enhancement opportunities. Assists with explaining hospice to families and patients; works with the referral partners, Hospice Atlanta nursing team, and facility staff; and helps complete paperwork. Maintains and updates the CRM tool with calls made to remain current and relevant with business-driving physicians and facilities that maximize time, resources, and referrals. Make recommendations regarding further development of relationships with assigned referral sources and communicate strategies and recommendations to the VNHS management group.   • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Health or Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in marketing management, preferably Home Health
  • 1-3 years of experience using client relationship management (CRM) tools,
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, judgment, and sense of urgency.
  • A demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and tight timelines in a fast-paced work environment.
