Responsibilities:
Plan design and competitive benchmarking Vendor management Development of bid specifications Analysis of proposals Client presentations Understand client’s culture and financial climate Address escalated client and employee service needs
Qualifications:
3+ years of corporate market-related consulting services experience in employee benefits area (medical, dental, and ancillary coverages) Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Finance or Insurance related degree program preferred Active Life and Health License Required Solid employee benefits experience, preferably at a broker Industry experience that demonstrates strong financial acumen and technical skills Highly skilled in MS Office suite
