  • balancing sales, solutioning,storytelling, and account management.

The Experience Partner is acomponent of a broader Cognizant Moment Experience Partnerorganization including Proposal Response and Program/ProjectManagement. The combined organization measures its success on bothtotal contract value (TCV) targets and client satisfaction, with aparticular goal to grow existing Cognizant clients in new buyingcenters. The Moment Experience Partner works directly with themarket/industry account client partner team as well as adjacentservice lines to build solutions and support client needs.

Who youare:

Your role will involve identifying opportunities and winningincredible work that shapes the future of our clients’ digitalproducts. You have a history of selling, storytelling, and clientservice

  • serving as a strategic advisor and building trust overtime.

You may have come from a digital agency or consultancy, whereyou were a client partner/ account executive for one or more largeaccounts or served in some type of sales or solutioning role. Youhave experience working with consumer-packaged goods clients.

Whatthe work is:

The Experience Partner has four areas ofresponsibility: Generate demand for Cognizant Moment offers

  • you’ll work tounderstand trends and align capabilities to take advantage of thesetrends for consumer goods clients. Your work will include craftinga sales plan, leading a pipeline of opportunities, and working withconsumer goods clients to build a problem statement that serves asa guidepost for solutioning. Build compelling solutions
  • you will assemble and lead pursuitteams with appropriate skills to help your clients solve for theirproblem statement. You’ll be accountable for the story, thestructure of the deal, and pricing. Be a trusted advisor to your clients
  • you’ll actively seek toestablish relationships with key client stakeholders who focus ongrowth within Consumer Goods (typically sales, marketing, product,and business division leaders). You will be accountable for clientsatisfaction, and you will proactively generate thought leadershipthat supports your clients’ desire to look ahead and anticipate themarket.   • you’ll be the point person toassemble skills
  • within Cognizant Moment and across theorganization
  • to respond to client needs.

You’ll work closely withinternal account teams to plan and run existing clients. You’llwork with Consulting and other Service Lines to ensure the bestpeople are working toward an ideal solution.

What you bring:

Keycapabilities you’ll need for the role include: Strategic problem solving: ability to understand businesschallenges and requirements from the customer’s perspective, aswell as industry trends, and translating them into experiencesolutions that generate growth.

Market/Industry prowess:

Deep understanding of how the ConsumerGoods industries function. Passing knowledge of related industries.

Will have worked with leading consumer goods clients.

Experience Expertise:
Design, Marketing, Content, Commerce,Learning, Strategy, Employee Experience, Platforms Travel:

as required to be onsite with clients on a regularbasis

Executive Presence:

Effective executive communication skills toclearly articulate solution vision and demonstrate solutions in asimple but compelling way. You’ll also need to be able to createyour own compelling presentations.

Relationship management:

Outstanding interpersonal abilities;skilled in handling relationships with customers, market teams, andother practice experts.

Commercial knowledge:

Ability to analyze sales opportunitiesand qualify leads and opportunities. Need expertise in craftingpitches/proposals, GTM, and sales plans. Applications will be accepted until 1/31/2025. The annual salaryfor this position is between $135,000

  • $155,000 depending onexperience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annualincentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms ofCognizant’s applicable plans.
