P osition Overview As a Field Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Leap’s market presence. You will generate quality pipeline and close new revenue focused on our Mid-Market business segment. You will generate revenue by strategically prospecting and nurturing opportunities in accounts with 40+ employees in the Roofing, Windows, and Home Remodeler industries. You will focus on all outbound activities, working to penetrate the list of key accounts in the market given to you to open those doors. You will work closely with our Partnership team to leverage introductions with key accounts.
Responsibilities Prospect and Generate Leads:
Generate new business pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting named accounts. Run discovery calls, demos, on-sites and follow-ups Entrepreneurial skills and strong business development background
Qualify Opportunities:
Conduct thorough needs assessments and qualification calls to understand the business requirements and pain points of potential clients
Consultative Selling:
Present Leap’s differentiators effectively, tailoring presentations and demos to the specific needs of each prospect
Pipeline Management:
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities Collaborate with
Teams:
Work closely with the Partner, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to customer onboarding and success
Customer Feedback:
Gather and relay market insights and feedback from prospects to help refine Leap’s product offerings and go-to-market strategy
Represent Leap:
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Leap and build a strong professional network
Qualifications Sales Experience:
You must be fearless on the phone, and in-person in initial outreach & follow-up with accounts over time. Software/SaaS/Pendo experience or other related tech based experience a plus and Navattic is a nice to have
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the home improvement or services sector, and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this market
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner
Consultative Approach:
Strong ability to listen, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions
CRM Proficiency:
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports
Self-Motivated:
