Job Overview:
Are you a driven, competitive, and outgoing salesperson who thrives on winning new business? Do you want to be in outside sales , meeting face-to-face with decision-makers, and building something from the ground up? As a Jr. Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for hunting new business, building relationships with hiring managers, and driving revenue growth . This is a new business development role— not account management —so you’ll be prospecting, cold calling, setting meetings, and closing deals . You’ll spend your first 3-6 months onsite (4 days/week) mastering our staffing sales process before transitioning to an Account Executive role, where you’ll be expected to be in the field, meeting clients, and growing your book of business .
What You’ll Be Doing:
Business Development & Prospecting Own your territory and pipeline—identify, research, and target potential clients. Engage decision-makers through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns. Schedule and conduct meetings with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs. Pitch Synergis’ staffing solutions and establish long-term client relationships. Sales Execution & Performance Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, and revenue targets. Close new business —negotiate contracts and secure job orders. Work in the field —visit clients regularly to build relationships and drive opportunities. Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline activity, follow up on leads, and manage your sales cycle. Career Growth Graduate to Account Executive once you’ve hit key performance benchmarks. Continue to expand your book of business and earn uncapped commission . Develop into senior sales leadership roles as you grow with Synergis.
Who We’re Looking For:
1-3+ years of B2B sales experience (no staffing experience required—we train you!). Hunter mentality —you love building something from scratch. Competitive & driven —you set big goals and hit them . Confident communicator —comfortable cold calling, presenting, and negotiating. Resilient —you handle rejection and push through obstacles. Tech-savvy —you leverage LinkedIn, CRMs, and sales tools to work smarter.
