Job Overview The Sr. Account Executive, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) ProductSales is responsible for selling the T-Mobile 5G Fixed WirelessAccess/High Speed Wireless Internet Solutions portfolio includingDirect, Indirect, Partner and Managed Service Provider BundledServices. This includes support for all field-based segmentexisting accounts and prospecting new business relationships thatwill drive Fixed Wireless product revenue for T-Mobile. Assignedproduct lines may evolve as T-Mobile introduces new products. TheSr Account Executive has an extensive understanding of themarketplace, competitive landscape and customer requirements forconnectivity products including: Wireless Networking, WLAN, WAN,SDWAN, SASE, embedded connectivity & turnkey managed servicescenarios. The Sr Account Executive is responsible for working with companiesto implement new business initiatives to drive strategic revenueand realize cost savings by leveraging the identified products.

Responsible for opportunity and account planning to identify newopportunities, managing their sales funnel, accurately forecastingtheir business, and closing new business. Collaborates withcustomer executives, strategic partners and internal T-Mobileresources to expanding share of wallet for product solutions usedby T-Mobile customers and partners. The Sr. Account Executive, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) Sales isresponsible for working with customers, T-Mobile for Business salesteams, partners and manufacturers to solve business problemsthrough product solution selling. The role requires a consultativebusiness development approach with experience in deal negotiationup to the C-level. This role includes driving the strategy andmanaging the entire sales cycle – from identifying the rightsolutions, partnerships and consumption models enabling competitivevalue proposition & negotiating through close.

Job Responsibilities:

Identifies customer needs and utilize solution-based sellingtechniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products andservices. Fully utilizes all sales force automation, funnel managementand prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reportingon sales activities and forecasting. Ensure all internaldepartments have fulfilled responsibilities to bring new customersonboard. Research business information about prospects. Contract and sales negotiations. As a high performing, motivated and passionate technical salesexecutive, demonstrates experience positioning solutions withHyperscaler companies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google GCPfor Edge compute solutions. Exhibits a healthy balance of both technical infrastructure(wireline & wireless) knowledge in addition to a consultativeclient/partner engagement (soft selling skills) approach. Performs executive briefing engagements with the senior levelfield sales teams and executive C-level client/partnerleaders. Articulates business transformation message leveraging thevalue of Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) with clients – Key focus areasare: 5G Standalone Core Advantages, Network Slicing & CombinedPartner Value Props Experience establishing and executing Co-Development strategiesthat yield marketable differentiation and growing repeatable Go toMarket partner collaboration. Demonstrates successful strategy execution in highly creativeand matrixed environments spanning: Customer, Product, Tech Dev,Finance, Marketing, Field Selling & Engineering Resources(Internal/External) Experience developing proven horizontal & vertical specific usecases for Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) proliferation and acceptanceacross supported verticals. Education and WorkExperience:
