Relationship-building? Yeah, that’s you! You’ll connect with new and existing clients to learn about their goals and how you can help them achieve them. Then you’ll create marketing campaigns to make that happen.
Other responsibilities include:
Selling a mix of customized solutions and digital advertising. Creating and pitching presentations and proposals. Representing Cox Media in the local business community, trade shows and industry events. Participating in the budgeting and forecasting process. You also have the following qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field.
2+years of cable, broadcast, advertising sales/support or marketing experience Ability to develop new business and achieve individual sales goals Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint). A valid driving license, a good driving record and reliable transportation Motivated team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred A BS/BA degree in related discipline. A solid understanding of marketing principles and applications in business. Interactive Advertising Bureau certification and/or Google Ad Words certified.
