Our client, a well-established and highly respected supplier of food ingredients and specialty chemicals, is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for a food ingredient sales professional ready to manage a South Central U.S. territory — representing top-quality products to food, nutraceutical, and beverage manufacturers.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and grow customer accounts across Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Mississippi. Promote a diverse portfolio of functional food ingredients to manufacturers. Develop strong relationships through regular in-person visits (travel approximately 3 days per week). Negotiate effectively to close sales and expand product placement. Deliver compelling presentations and product information to key stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support and satisfaction. Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet goals and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university. Minimum of 2 years of experience with a manufacturer or distributor of functional food ingredients in sales, sales support, technical service, or R D. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. A confident, hardworking attitude with a positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic personality. Valid driver’s license (no DUIs) and ability to travel regularly.
