This position centers around phone-based outreach and customer engagement, playing a key role in supporting our sales funnel and lead conversion efforts.

M-F Contract (Open-ended) Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) Westwood, MA Responsibilities Conduct proactive outreach via phone to introduce energy-efficiency offerings, spark interest, and secure meetings with decision-makers. Respond to inbound inquiries, providing product insights, clarifying service details, and coordinating appointments. Consistently achieve call volume benchmarks and conversion metrics across monthly and quarterly periods. Assess the quality of call lists, enrich lead data, and identify key contacts. Gain in-depth understanding of company offerings to recommend appropriate services to prospective clients (comprehensive training provided). Accurately document activity and interactions in the customer relationship management platform (HubSpot). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline 2+ years of phone-based B2B sales experience (inbound and outbound) Consistent history of surpassing sales targets Excellent phone manner and listening skills Skilled in navigating and maintaining CRM tools Strong written and verbal communication
