We’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to join a growing
U.S. GTM
team. In this strategic role, you’ll lead full-cycle sales efforts targeting mid-market and enterprise organizations. You’ll work closely with Marketing, BDRs, and Presales to land high-value deals and shape our sales approach in the U.S. market. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact at a high-growth SaaS scale-up — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is motivated to hunt and build as much as they close.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to contract signature — for mid-market and enterprise accounts. Partner with BDRs to execute outbound campaigns and follow up on qualified inbound leads. Lead discovery calls and solution-fit conversations with senior-level marketing and digital stakeholders. Collaborate with Presales to deliver tailored demos and craft compelling business cases. Navigate complex buying processes, often involving multiple stakeholders and formal procurement procedures. Maintain clean and accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including at least 2 years selling into marketing or digital functions. A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, especially with six-figure, multi-stakeholder deals. Experience selling complex, consultative software solutions — ideally in martech, CDP, CRM, or other data-driven platforms. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger. A self-starter who is both autonomous and collaborative, with strong organizational skills.
