An experienced sales professional, this role develops and manages business relationships with our customers and sells a range of envelope and printed products. The Account Executive is the key point of contact for the customer, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions and collaborating with internal teams to deliver quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities Customer relationship building:

Actively prospect for new customers, identify potential business opportunities, and build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the envelope and printed products market.

Sales cycle management:

Develop and present customized proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Understand customer needs:

Consult with customers to fully grasp their envelope and printed product requirements, including design, quantity, materials, and delivery timelines.

Product knowledge:

Possess in-depth knowledge of various envelopes and printed products, including different paper stocks, sizes, finishing options, and printing technologies.

Project management:

Collaborate with internal teams including design, production, marketing, customer support, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of orders.

Market analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities within the envelope and printed products industry.

CRM management:

Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track sales activity, manage leads, and maintain customer information.

Qualifications Strong sales acumen:

Proven track record of successful sales performance, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Communication expertise:

Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively present proposals, address customer concerns, and build and maintain rapport.

Technical knowledge preferred:

Basic understanding of printing processes, design principles, and envelope manufacturing.

Relationship building:

Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Problem-solving:

Capability to identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Four or more years of proven sales experience preferably within the print, packaging or envelope industry. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
