Overview:

The Associate Account Executive, InsideSales is tasked with driving new business growth throughcold-calling and developing new accounts using bothcompany-provided leads and self-generated prospects. This positionfocuses on acquiring new customers while also retaining andexpanding those accounts to build a book of business. Success inthis role requires identifying market opportunities, cultivatingclient relationships, and providing tailored solutions.

Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams ensuresalignment with corporate objectives. Strong communication,negotiation, and closing skills are essential for exceeding salestargets and generating substantial revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Cultivates and strengthen relationships withexisting accounts and builds relationships with new clients, makingeducated recommendations on product offerings, and ensuring clientneeds are met Collaborates with marketing and business developmentteams to drive lead generation and maximize conversion. Conductscold calls and follow-up calls on leads and self-sourced prospectsto generate new business opportunities. Mines won existing parentaccounts for service expansion opportunities. Increases product andunit sales outside of initial scope. Collaborates with internalstakeholders to ensure equipment availability, timely delivery, andproper servicing. Leverages company offerings, providing solutionsto a wide range of issues and tailoring service to client needs.

Delivers sales presentations to present product information,features, and benefits to potential clients. Meets or exceedsestablished sales quotas. Leads the sales process from initialcontact through proposal, negotiation, and finalization, ensuringsmooth transactions and client satisfaction. Maintains in-depthknowledge of the full range of solution offerings and leveragesthis knowledge to present service solutions to new or existingclients. Provides exceptional customer service throughout the salescycle. Stays informed about industry trends and developments.

Allocates resources efficiently to maximize sales outcomes andclient satisfaction. Prepares reports on account statuses and salesprogress. Perform other duties as assigned.

Intermediate proficiency inMicrosoft Office 365 (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, Teams,SharePoint). Problem-solving skills. Ability to identify andrecommend effective solutions. Exceptional communication,interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and fosterstrong client relationships. Ability to learn and adapt in afast-paced environment. Ability to balancemultiple clients within a region, adapting quickly to changingpriorities or client needs while maintaining service quality.

Physical Requirements:

This job will operate in a regular officeenvironment with minimal exposure to physical risks. This positionrequires minimal to moderate physical activity, including extendedtime sitting at a desk, with occasional time standing and walking.

Salary Range:

$22.00 -$24.00 / hour
