Overview:
The Account Executive, Inside Sales will generate newbusiness within master accounts and new accounts assigned by salesleadership. This role is responsible for driving strategic growthinitiatives to expand the company’s market presence and secure newbusiness opportunities across regional and national levels and iscritical in identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends,establishing high-value partnerships, and cultivating relationshipswith potential clients and industry leaders. The Account Executive,Inside Sales will work closely with cross-functionalteams-including Marketing, Sales, and Operations-to design anddeliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs and alignwith corporate objectives. A successful Account Executive, InsideSales will be a skilled strategist, an influential communicator,and an expert at negotiating and closing complex deals, leading thecompany’s efforts to generate substantial new revenue streams andexceed ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing accountsand build relationships with new clients, making educatedrecommendations on product offerings, and ensuring client needs aremet. Prospect and generate leads for new accounts and generate newrevenue at or above quota levels for new accounts. Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to generate new businessopportunities. Mine existing parent accounts for service expansionopportunities. Win new projects and sites from existing parent accounts. Identify and pursue opportunities to convert competitorcustomers to our products. Increase product and unit sales outside of initial scope. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure equipmentavailability, timely delivery, and proper servicing. Leverage company offerings, providing solutions to a wide rangeof issues and tailoring service to client needs. Meet or exceed established sales quotas. Lead the sales process from initial contact through proposal,negotiation, and finalization, ensuring smooth transactions andclient satisfaction. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the full range of solutionofferings. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the salescycle. Stay informed about industry trends and developments. Allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes and clientsatisfaction. Assist in developing sales strategies and preparingproposals. Prepare reports on account status and sales progress. Perform other duties as assigned.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiationskills. Ability to build and foster strong client relationships. Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Effective client communication and presentation skills, with afocus on building territorial client relationships and managinglocal account needs. Ability to balance multiple clients within a region, adaptingquickly to changing priorities or client needs while maintainingservice quality.
