Account Executive Home Healthcare Raleigh-Durham-Fayetteville Synergy Wound Technology 101 City Hall Plaza, Durham, NC 27701 Interested in being part of an early-stage, innovative enterprise that is caring for patients’ wounds at their residence? Join a team of caring health care professionals leveraging InteliWound™ our proprietary technology in delivering world-class wound care. As a Health Care Account Manager (business development) at Synergy Wound Technology, you will be pivotal in driving our growth and expansion efforts. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and create strategies to achieve sales targets. Your ability to understand client needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to market dynamics will be crucial to your success in this role. This is a $75,000+ base plus commission (uncapped) type position. This position is a full remote covering your assigned territory. We seek those that are career-minded, growth-oriented and provide 15 annual days of PTO, 14 holidays, retirement savings plan and health benefits.

New Business Development:

Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources. Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base. Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to propose tailored solutions. Regularly engage with clients to assess their evolving needs and provide ongoing support.

Sales and Growth:

Continually work to increase sales and growth in your territory. Collaborate with the business development team to drive revenue generation efforts.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans. Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present regular reports on pipeline status and market trends. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans with the business development team.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, clinical teams, operations, and customer support teams to ensure alignment in achieving business objectives.
