Description Be available to consult with small business owners who are inquiring about accounting and payroll software Taking the sale from start to close with a full discovery call (on accounting and payroll software) with the goal of closing the deal at the end of the call. Gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s small business operations, needs, challenges and goals Recommend the right solutions based on need across the ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics
Qualifications:
Outbound sales experience, taking a sale from prospect to close The candidate they want can have a natural flowing conversation with confidence Computer literacy, must be proficient in technology Must be available to work between 9am-9pm EST No time off will be approved in first 6 weeks
