Job Summary:
As an Account Executive at LWood Media Group, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business leads, managing client accounts, and leading sales and marketing activities. This is a commission-based, 1099 contractor position offering a flexible, hybrid work arrangement with the opportunity to earn significant income based on your sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales & Marketing:
Lead sales and marketing initiatives, including developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Client Engagement:
Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups to nurture relationships and drive sales.
CRM Utilization:
Effectively use our CRM system (Ignatara) to track leads, manage accounts, and chart progress.
Financial Services:
Process payments and assist clients with applying for financing options.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Special Projects & Events:
Support and participate in special projects and events as needed.
Compensation:

Training Incentive:
Bonus for completing the first 12-month contract
Work Schedule:
Hybrid, self-scheduled role with flexibility to work from home
Mandatory:
Weekly sales meetings on Monday mornings (10:30 AM – 11:00 AM) and one Continuing Education (CE) call per month
Training:
4-day training program: Days 1 & 2: Online synchronous and asynchronous learning Day 3: In-person training at LWood Media Group Headquarters in Fayetteville, NC Day 4: Ride-along in the field training with a Manager in your designated territory
