Responsibilities are to promote the company’s products and services, responsible for building, maintaining relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Our Sales teams are the foundation of our company. With each deal closed, you’ll support our vision to lead the industry in all business service needs offered by Ching Advantage Inc. The goal? Generate new sales revenue by hunting and prospecting within your module or territory. From daily sales calls and networking to building relationships, you’ll partner with clients to uncover their needs and deliver customized value-added solutions that solve their business priorities. You’ll need to be competitive, tech savvy and self-motivated. Together, we’ll combine your passion for sales with the training and support you’ll need to hit the ground running in this unique sales opportunity. Our B2B Account Executives have an ucapped earning potential whilt with Ching Advantage Inc. The position is a Commission with partial residual monthly pay structure. This pay structure allows our Accont Executives to have a growing salary every month while with the company. All B2B Account Executives start out as 1099 contractors. Once a Rep has been able to bring in consistent Sales results. The B2B Account Executive will have the option to be moved to a W-2 position with Medical/ Dental benefits.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable Vehicle per transportation
- Outside sales experience in a high transaction
- Short closing cycle model preferred
- Experience in B2B sales preferred. Proven sales history of meeting or exceeding targets preferred
- Comfort making cold calls over the phone and in-person
- Ability to make oral presentations and clearly articulate policies and procedures

- Motivation to learn new technology and systems
- Ability to exhibit effective time management and self-organization
- Willingness to immerse yourself in the outdoor advertising industry with the intent of selling its benefits to businesses and customers

- Use your “hunter” mindset to identify new sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting
- Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers
- Use resources to design and propose customized solutions to meet their unique business needs
- Ensure delivery of the customer experience from sale to fulfillment to foster relationships and networks with customers
- The work environment is a combination of an office environment and work in the field making sales calls and servicing existing accounts.
- The physical demands for this position include light lifting, seeing (with a focus on reading, color distinction, acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision), sitting less than 50% of the time, standing, talking, turning, and walking.
