In this role, you’ll manage outbound client relationships, drive conversions on our small business marketing packages, and foster strong connections throughout the sales pipeline to close deals. ➡ No cold calling. Leads are scheduled for you and will be semi-warm upon contact. ➡ Deal value: $500/month USD . The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, a brief but proven track record in sales, and the ability to negotiate effectively while adapting to different buyer needs.

Compensation Base Salary:

$40,000 USD On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000+ ( achieved with just 1 sale per week )

Commission:

110% of deal value, paid over two months 60% in Month 1 50% in Month 2

Bonus:

Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities available for top performers. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle. Conduct daily follow-ups with leads and pipeline opportunities. Engage in warm calls to confirm appointments and drive conversions. Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage client interactions, track progress, and report key metrics. Collaborate with admins to maintain a balanced, efficient schedule. Master our offer and apply sound judgment to handle sales objections effectively. Requirements 1-2 years experience in a sales role (closing experience is a bonus). Trustworthy, self-motivated, and experienced in a remote work environment. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, especially when explaining solutions to lower-information buyers. Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team setting.

Timeline Hiring Start Date:

4/28 Interviews begin immediately with our vetting team, followed by final interviews with the owner. A 30-day probation period will determine mutual fit. We’re not expecting 10 deals in Month 1, but we need to see clear progress and potential.
