Position Summary:
MedPro Sales Executives operate on a sell and support model. Sales Executives are responsible for selling net new business as well as managing a customer beyond the initial sales cycle. This role will report to Vice President of Sales, and will have a flexible work location with the expectation of in-person attendance for critical meetings in our Mt. Arlington, NJ office. MedPro Systems requires an Account Executive to fulfill the two areas listed below. New Business Development For this role the Account Executive will be provided a set of Prospects to target and engage to sell MedPro’s product suite. They are expected to complete business development and prospecting efforts to have conversations and gain commitments for prospects to create leads and work opportunities through the pipeline from qualification to close. Account Management Once a sale cycle is complete Sales Executives work with Customer Support Specialists and Product Specialists during onboarding of the new client and for ongoing customer maintenance throughout the life of the customer contract, as required. MedPro aims to create value for customer by becoming a trusted partner and this effort begins with the Sales Executive and their ability to manage their relationships with customers.
Work Expectations Full-time:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospecting via cold calling, networking, and social media Set up and hold conference calls and onsite meetings with potential clients Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services Negotiate and close deals; handle complaints or objections Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects to Sales Management Travel to client onsite meetings throughout the country as required Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Meeting individual and team sales goals The individual is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer screen and extensive reading. The individual in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The individual must be able to remain in a stationary position 70% of the time.
Requirements:
