As a vital member of the Calabrio team, the Account Executive – SLED will play a crucial role in driving the sales of Calabrio Workforce Optimization (WFO) solutions within the State, Local Government, and Education sectors. This position involves identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing sales while navigating government procurement and contracting processes effectively. The Account Executive will develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with Calabrio’s business goals. This role will require strong prospecting abilities, relationship management skills, and a focus on achieving sales quotas while delivering value to public sector clients. •Please note: This is a 100% remote position; however, candidates must be based in the Northeast region due to territory responsibilities.•

Key Responsibilities:

+ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals for software and service offerings within the assigned territory. + Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the SLED market. + Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. + Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, to manage sales pipeline and reporting. + Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers. + Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. + Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers. + Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment, preferably with SaaS or government solutions. + Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. + Proficient in managing a full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Requirements + 10+ years of Sales experience with minimum of 5 years of experience in selling to State, Local Government, and Education sectors. + Experience with
