We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Experience:
- Proven experience in account management or sales in the technology industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
- Prior experience in technology sales is a plus.
