WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a superstar Associate (Account Executive) to play an integral role in the day
- to-day operations of our Business Leadership team in support of a global retail client.
In this role you will focus on keeping projects running smoothly through precise data entry, smart administrative support, and proactive tracking of processes that support successful event execution and creative deliverables. The Associate role is perfect for someone who thrives on details, is a strong communicator, enjoys being a key player behind the scenes of successful work, and excels at creating and actively maintaining relationships. Experience in the CPG industry and/or the Retail industry is a plus.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
(RESPONSIBILITIES) Provide day-to-day support for client and internal team, managing relationships and expectations in accordance with agency philosophy
Establish effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams, working cross-functionally to solicit and convey all necessary information in a timely manner (i.e. creative briefs, job starts)
Responsible for project management and execution within established budgets and timeframes
Craft account maintenance documentation including but not limited to meeting agendas, status recaps, weekly or monthly client reports, and more
Administrative support as needed, i.e. coordinating team meetings
Participate in and oversee the management of project financials, including job reconciliation, invoicing, estimates, and program budgets, in accordance with agency policy and procedures
Assists in strategically building and delivering agency presentations
Demonstrate thorough understanding of client’s business
Possess full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission and vision
All other duties as assigned
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
(QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS) Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in an agency and/or experiential setting
Experience in CPG industry a plus
Experience in live events industry a plus
Highly organized and calm under pressure, with ability to be flexible, multi-task and react in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Strong writing and communication skills with ability to communicate points-of-view succinctly, thoroughly, and confidently
Self-starter, proven ability to “get-the-job-done”, whatever it takes
Strong budget management skills, with the ability to deliver within/under assigned budget, and hold teams accountable to tracking and reporting
Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established objectives
Effective project management and prioritization skillset
Experience managing internal partners through process, particularly within a creative environment
Experience managing external partners and working within an IAT environment
Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
Demonstrated ability to develop strong client relationships and client management skills
Responsible at filtering client and internal communications and feedback
Travel as required by Client /Agency team
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $64,350 annually. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
