RVP Account Strategist
New York, NY About the role
Chime is seeking a seasoned RVP of Strategic Accounts to join our fast-growing Chime Enterprise division. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead strategic sales efforts, driving Chime Workplace adoption within organizations exceeding 50,000 employees. You’ll collaborate closely with Chime’s senior leadership to expand our market footprint and deliver financial wellness solutions to large-scale workforces.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $140,000 and up to $175,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
In this role, you can expect to:
Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with large-scale strategic accounts
Gain access to and build relationships with senior decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies
Present and position Chime Workplace as a differentiated solution in the earned wage access and banking space
Partner with internal leaders across Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align GTM efforts
Build and execute complex account plans to drive long-term revenue growth
Maintain a clean, detailed pipeline using CRM tools such as HubSpot
Represent Chime Enterprise at industry events and through executive outreach
To thrive in this role, you have:
Successfully used HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) to manage large-scale B2B sales pipelines
Crafted strategic account plans to penetrate and expand within complex organizations
Written executive-level communications that open doors and move deals forward
Sold B2B products or platforms into large employers (50K+ employees) for 10+ years
Navigated cross-functional GTM efforts with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams
Worked in or with fast-paced, disruptive enterprise environments, ideally in fintech or HR tech
Thrived in a high-autonomy, high-ownership individual contributor role
