Job DescriptionManage a focused base of existing clients in partnership with Customer SuccessExpand relationships within existing account base to help uncover incremental new revenue opportunities and new contactsMaintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota goalsCollaborate with Customer Success to deliver Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.
Be an internal voice of your clients and become a go to resource internally and externallyLiaison with many teams across the business including Technical Account Teams, Marketing, Product, Privacy & Compliance, Contracts, Sales teams and other Departments.
Develop an understanding of Experian products and be a partner’s role in the ecosystem and how we expand togetherYou will report to the Director, Customer SuccessIdeal location for this role: New York City, Denver, Los Angeles.
Qualifications5+ years online advertising experience required; Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Account DirectorExperience succeeding in an environment where you have multiple clients across the Buy-Side including agencies and platformsManage partnerships and creating opportunities to expand both the human and the commercial relationship comes second natureExperience with problem solving to meet client needsAbility to travel 20% (client meetings, internal events and networking)
