WHAT YOU’LL DO

ing to the Country Commercial Manager, we are looking for someone who will be the driving our brand’s performance across the American market and take ONLY to the next level. At BESTSELLER, we are deliberate in our approach to leadership and take pride in developing our leaders. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Establish financial targets, business objectives, and brand strategies that will facilitate positive growth.
  • Manage ONLY sales operations in wholesale and retail locations to ensure smooth and effective processes.
  • Identify and connect with potential fashion clients through market research, industry events, and networking.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regularmunication, addressing needs, and always improving customer service.
  • Plan market visits, analyze trends, and collaborate with the global team on strategies, merchandise, services, and pricing.
  • Drive and oversee the development of social media and marketing strategies for ONLY across all channels (e.g., , ), ensuring continuous optimization and high-impact results.
  • Represent the American perspective in Denmark to enhance brand and country cooperation.
  • Ensure effective sales activities by setting targets, managing the ONLY budget, empowering team members, and overseeing customer orders.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Minimum 5 years of retail and/or wholesale experience, ideally in the fashion industry.
  • Proven manager with significant experience in brand and sales management.
  • Comprehensive kledge of the current wholesale landscape andpetitors’ business
  • Ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and negotiate effectively.
  • Creative & detail-oriented with exceptionalanizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and otherputer applications.
  • Results-oriented and are motivated by targets.
  • Availability to travel (valid drivers license and passport)
