Job Summary SellComcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses focusing mainly on advanced communicationssolutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-locationopportunities. As part of sales process, create and deliverface-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of thelatest Comcast products and services. Promote the sale of bundledproducts to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sell withgoal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stayabreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to bestposition Comcast Business Services in the marketplace. JobDescription Core Responsibilities

  • Territory development toinclude development of local business partnerships andorganizational affiliations and local enhancement of Comcastpositioning and brand.
  • Maintaining quality sales records andpreparation of sales and activity reports as required.
  • Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and supporting a positiveimpression of the Comcast Experience.
  • New acquisition sales ofComcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small andmid-size businesses.
  • Generation of new leads with targetedbusinesses through various prospecting activities, including coldcalling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships
  • Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, HostedPBX and multi-location opportunities.
  • Identify improvement areasthru a consultative process that would enhance our prospectsability to communicate more effectively both internally andexternally to their customers.
  • Effectively manage a territorywith a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
  • Managementof defined Territory to include development of local businesspartnerships and organizational affiliations and local enhancementof Comcast positioning and brand.
  • Team with technical, customerservice and related support staffs to ensure end-to-end customersales and satisfaction and thereby drive new revenue growth.
  • Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that willyield production levels of monthly quota performance and above.
  • Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitatesales efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and businessquality objectives.
  • Adherence to all company standards andbusiness professionalism.
  • Punctual, regular and consistentattendance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Base Pay:

Total Target Compensation(Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $103,768.00 Our salescompensation programs offer the potential for significant upsideabove targeted earnings for those who overachieve their salestargets. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcastprovides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Mostsales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of anapplicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for aBonus.
